Changes
- Added reminder functionality: create, receive or cancel reminders via LLM tools background scheduler. This is invoked by asking the bot to remind you of something at a specific time or in X minutes/hours.
- Mention events are now logged per room.
- Added persistence to mention log events and reminders.
- Added room-aware context: message context and the who-mentioned tool are scoped by room ID to make lookups stay correct across rooms.
- Added new settings.yaml config options for database and reminder settings in config/settings.yaml (DB path, reminder enable flag, poll interval).
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where mention events would not be logged for RoomMessageImage type events.
